Had some more litters last week and thought these were worth posting up for everyone.

Nice Sharp Albino Motley Litter. Did well with 3 Male Sharp Albino Motleys!

Had nice size litter of C.A T+ Sunglows. This was DH X Het breeding and we got 3 T+ Sunglows and 3 C.A. T+ Albinos.

Our season is now in full swing with several litters being born weekly.  Here is a quick update of some of the stuff born here recently. 

Some nice C.A T+ Sunglows.

We bred a F1 RDR Black Eye Anery back to his Matriarch mother and got a spectacular aberrant litter. The son had a nice stripe, mother no aberrancies and the majority of the litter was super aberrant! Some look like black Motley Jungles.

Very nice litter of Kahl Sunglow & Albino Motleys. These were from an Albino Motley X Hypo Het Albino Het Type II Anery.  What was once called TH Blizzards. We used this bloodline for the hardiness as we had a good feeling none of the babies would be defective. We were right, perfect litter!

9/22/10  Here was a great litter that we were really hoping to hit the odds on.  We bred Motley Het Sharp X DH Sharp Sunglow (Hypo ParaHet proving Het Sharp) and got a pretty nice litter. We did only get one Sharp Sunglow Motley and one Sharp Albino Motley, BUT they are both boys! 

9/23/10 Another small litter with lots of slugs and not good odds! LOL  Motley Het Sharp X Het Sharp breeding and we were hoping for a few more Sharp Albino Motleys.  We ended up with 2 Motleys 66% Het Sharp, 2 Sharp Albinos and a 66% Het Sharp. The Sharp Albinos are super nice though so we can't complain.

9/13/10 We had another very small litter today. It seems like this is the year for small litters for us! We bred a Hypo Motley Het Albino X Hypo Harlequin in hopes for some nice, colorful Hypo Harlequin Motleys. We had these very big babies interesting looking babies.

9/01/10  Another nice, but small litter from Hypo Het Boawoman Caramel X Het Boawoman Caramel.  We got great odds on this one this time! A very nice Hypo BW Caramel, 3 BW Caramels, 1 Hypo 66% Het BW Caramel and 2 66% Het BW Caramels.  I know I said it before, but there is so much to be done with the Boawoman Caramel still!

9/03/10 Peachy Salmon Aby Jungles! Here is a breeding I should have done a long time ago, but never got around to it. We bred one nicest Peachy Salmon Jungle male to one of our F2 Aby females.  This is the year of smalllitters for us, but some of these small litters sure did have some great babies in them!  These are some of the nicest Salmon Jungles we have produced.  You can't go wrong when we used our best bloodlines, Original Peachy Salmon, Original Aby and then you add the Jungle gene!  Very happy with these little Babies! 

8/22/10     We had another nice litter, not great odds, but some good quality babies in it.  We bred a Hypo Het BW Caramel X Het BW Caramel and got a really nice Hypo BW Caramel and 2 nice BW Caramels. Of course there were plenty of Hypo and Normals 66% Het BW Caramel for us.   These are one of my favorite Boas as they have so much color and still plenty of contrast to them. Stephanie and I refer to these as 'Citrone' Boas!   Below is a picture of an 08' Female so you can see how they mature.

8/11/10 This was one of our most anticipated litters of the season.  These Paraglows & Paradigms 100% Het Anery will be major players in producing several new exciting Boa Mutations! The sex ratio was great with both the Paraglows & Paradigms as there were the right amount of males we wanted. We have some older females from 07' & 08' that are DH & TH for BWC & Anery.  We think that this will make some great looking Boas with nice silver, purple & lavender hues to them.  Enough said, enjoy the pics!  

8/8/10  Yep, your eyes are not seeing things! Those are Kahl Albinos and Boawoman Caramels in the same litter! I will say I am not the first one to do this as my stock originated from Steve Scroggs and he had the first litter from DH Kahl BW Caramel X DH Kahl BW Caramel last year.  We also had a small litter from them last year, but wanted to try it again to see more results. Last season we had 5 BW Caramels and 4 Kahl Albinos in the litter, but no stand out boa that said Double Homozygous.  This litter had 5 BW Caramels and 6 Kahl Albinos and again, no stand out Double Homozygous Boa. So we either have missed twice now, or it is there, but not drastic enough or noticable enough to see it. We would like to think we just missed and will try again next season. We will say that the BW Caramels that are produced from this DH Kahl BW Caramel stock are very different from any of the other BW Caramels we have ever produced. 7/25/10  We bred a Hypo Het RDR Anery X RDR Anery and got a nice litter, but unfortunately what looked like the first RDR Ghost did not make it past 24 hours.  We will give it another shot next season and hope for better results. We did get 3 very nice RDR Anerys, a Hypo Het RDR Anery and a few 100% Het RDR's  from some new outcrossed blood.   

7/31/10  TH Sharp SnowGlow X TH Sharp Snowglow. Some of the worst odds in a litter we have ever had! LOL  The litter had 1 Sharp Snow (maybe Glow?), 1 Sharp Albino, 6 Ghosts 66% Het Sharp and a bunch of Hypos & Normals Poss DH's.  We did prove a Male Hypo ParaHet 100% Het Anery out as a TH Sharp Snowglow.

We already had two nice litters born via a breeder loan with Chris Nicholas. This is the 4th year Chris has come through with baby Boas on our breeder loans we have done.  Thanks again Chris and keep them babies coming!

2008 Male Paraglow Jungle.  Plan to put him on a nice Motley Het Sharp female this next season! 

2008 Male Coral Kahl Albino.  This is an outstanding example of a Coral and he will be put to use this next season also.

2007 Female Purple Paradox Sharp Albino.  This female has purple blotches coming in all over her body with evey shed! We actually have a completely unrelated 2008 Male Sharp Sunglow doing the samle thing.  Who knows, maybe we breed them together this next season.  

Another cool keeper of ours. He is a 2008 Male Super Salmon Aby Harlequin.  No idea what we will breed this guy to.
